How long have you been in business?
We have been in business for 30 years. We have been located in Carmel since 1997.
What is your primary product or service?
We design, sale, install and integrate high end video production equipment used primarily in the broadcast and telecommunications markets.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started this business in 1983, primarily selling blank video tape to the medical markets. It evolved into selling equipment, most at manufacturer's request. It has continued to grow annually. We now cover Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Kentucky and Tennessee. My background was primarily in manufacturing. I graduated from Butler University with a BS in Chemistry and later returned and received my MBA from Butler University in 1975.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We try to differentiate ourselves by providing only the highest quality product, knowledge, service and support.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We presently have our office in Carmel, with small offices in Michigan and Kentucky.

We are located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Center City Drive and Guilford Avenue.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Master Card, Visa, and American Express. With approved credit we provide terms of Net 30 days for our larger customers and larger purchases.
Which areas do you service?
We provide service for any product or system we have sold, through out the United States.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The company is owned and operated by the President, Jon A. Bereman.
What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
There have been many, but I do not wish to identify any of them. We respect all of our customers, and each one is important to us. I do not think it would be proper to single out any one particular customer to the detriment of others.
